Next we considered exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.
